Winpos Helpdesk consists of 33 information management and customer service professionals, who are assisted by 13 system experts and developers. A support request can be submitted via telephone, e-mail or the Winpos Online Help service, which is available to our customers 24/7.

A submitted support request is immediately registered in our centralized support system. Our support team will contact you as soon as your request has been processed. If necessary, a remote connection to your computer can be established. We will always notify you, either via telephone or e-mail, when your support request has been resolved.
